2. Services Offered

AN Office Chair Repair provides the following professional office chair repair and maintenance services:

  • Office chair hydraulic (gas lift) replacement and repair.
  • Chair wheel (caster) and base replacement.
  • Armrest, seat, and backrest repair or replacement.
  • Tilt mechanism, recliner, and tension knob repair.
  • Mesh and upholstery repair services.
  • On-site inspection and preventive maintenance.

All services are subject to availability and feasibility based on chair condition and parts availability.

3. Service Availability

Our services are available across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and surrounding areas in the Delhi NCR region. Service availability on specific dates and times depends on technician schedules and your location.

We operate Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Same-day service may be available in select locations subject to technician availability.

4. Appointment Booking Policy

Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form. A confirmed appointment requires a valid phone number and service address.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather, technician unavailability, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time slot.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your chair and service location.
  • Ensure safe access to the premises for our technicians.
  • Disclose any prior repair attempts or modifications to the chair.
  • Be available or designate a responsible person at the service location during the scheduled appointment.
  • Clear the workspace around the chair to allow safe repair work.

6. Pricing and Quotations

Repair costs may vary depending on the chair condition, type of damage, parts required, and labour involved. Initial estimates provided over phone or WhatsApp are indicative only and may change after physical inspection.

A final quotation may be provided after inspection. No repair work will commence without your explicit approval of the final quotation. Additional charges may apply for emergency services, weekend appointments, or long-distance travel beyond our standard service radius.

7. Repair Limitations

While we strive to repair all office chairs, certain conditions may make repair impractical or impossible:

  • Severely damaged or rusted frames that cannot be safely repaired.
  • Chairs with discontinued or unavailable spare parts.
  • Structural damage that compromises user safety.
  • Chairs previously modified with non-standard or incompatible parts.

In such cases, we will advise you accordingly and may recommend replacement instead of repair. We do not guarantee successful repair in all cases.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

AN Office Chair Repair provides workmanship warranty on repairs performed by our technicians for a period of 30 days from the date of service, covering the specific repair work done. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper handling after repair.
  • Normal wear and tear of replaced parts.
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed during the repair.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors (moisture, heat, chemicals, etc.).

Spare parts warranty is limited to the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer or supplier. We do not offer extended warranties beyond what the parts manufacturer provides.

9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a nominal inspection or travel charge.

If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is unavailable or unprepared, a re-visit charge may apply for rescheduling.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of AN Office Chair Repair or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
